WOW! A stereo unpeeled Beatles Butcher Cover!!

Here for your consideration is the stereo album Yesterday and Today by the Beatles. The cover on this album is a paste-over done by Capitol Records when they received numerous complaints from the public about the original cover. This cover has some warping and heavy sleeve and spine wear (no seam splitage!) but is in okay shape considering its age.

It comes with the original Capital Records sleeve, which also shows wear. These stereo albums are not near as common as the mono Butchers but lets face it...who could afford real stereos back in the old days!? So apparently Capital produced one stereo album to every 20 monos made. (Or so my friend who I am selling this for told me.)

For those interested the record is in decent shape. There is a tear (about 1/2 inch in diameter) where someone attempted to peel back the cover causing no damage to the Butcher cover underneath. Thank heavens they didn't pursue the job as serious collectors know these are worth more unpeeled.

I'm keeping the reserve extremely low considering what stereo Butchers go for! Bid with confidence that you are getting a REAL Butcher album here.
