Description
Up for consideration is a first MONO pressing of the beatles yesterday and today album. This copy was pressed in the #3 plant. This is an original butcher cover. I know because I peeled the paste over off personally. I wanted to sell it as is to someone who would do it on their own but the suspense got the best of me. The glue turned out to be quite water soluble but still peeled a bit in three spots which I took a picture of and posted. The left side of the case is completely split as shown in the photos. The back of the case has some foxing and signs of normal wear but nothing too excessive. This is, in my humble opinion, a great piece that would look terrific framed on a wall. Be sure to grab this one because most folks are much hastier when it comes to peel jobs than I am. And on top of that, butcher covers will be a thing of the past in a short while. Make me an offer if you do not like my price by the way, I am apt to accepting reasonable ones.
