Description

Original US 1964 issue of the Beatles with Frank Ifield on Stage from Vee Jay records. This famous record was another attempted cash in on Beatlemania from the Vee Jay company of Chicago. They had only a few Beatles songs they could legally release and had already done so. The idea here was to give this the appearance of a new and possibly live album with label artist Frank Ifield. It didn't fool many people and the result is a very rare album today. This is a mono copy with what is known as the "Old Man" cover. The cover is graded VG+ with only minor wear and a spot on the bottom center where the paper has worn through. There is very slight ring wear and otherwise this is an extremely presentable, above average cover. The LP is graded VG+ with labels being EX+. There is an excellent shine to the disc and only minor wispy lines. The record plays through with no skips and the occasional crackle. Overall, a well above average example that would probably rate towards EX- in most appraisals. If not satisfied, return within 10 days for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that payment is strictly by Paypal only. Thanks, and good luck!
