MEGA RARE ORIGINAL 1966 UK MONO 606-1 MATRIX FIRST PRESSING OF 'REVOLVER' BY THE BEATLES
You are bidding on the HOLY GRAIL for all Beatles Collectors and fans of 60's music in general. The 1ST EVER PRESSING of Revolver!!!!!!! With the much sought-after side 2 matrix number 606-1. It is so rare because it contains the 'Remix 11' version of Tomorrow Never Knows!!!!!!!! This legendary version of 'Tomorrow Never Knows' was pulled immediately by John Lennon and the record was quickly withdrawn, it has now become INFAMOUS and almost IMPOSSIBLE to find. The very special version of tomorrow never knows contained on this LP has never been made available on any other format!!!! It has the rare raised 'KT' tax code stamp 1966 and the all important 'Sold in the UK' and 'Gramophone' text in the centre labels and comes with its original Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse Flipback Sleeve

The vinyl itself is in VERY GOOD condition, it is bright and shiny with webs, and surface scuffs and minor scratches. The centre labels are superb with no tears or marks and just a few spindle lines and marks around the hole..
The Garrod & Lofthouse Sleeve is in good condition with virtually NO EDGE WEAR and a GOOD STRONG SPINE!!!! There is one seam split at top edge by opening approx 2 inches long. The cover has a few mnor wrinkess at the corners by the open side show a light scuffing. there is no yellowing of the front cover.

there is none of the yellowing commonly associated with this sleeve! The cover has the MONO label printed in the top right corner and is complete with its original 'UK Patents' inner sleeve which is also in good condition.
Also included in this lot is the album WITH THE BEATLES.
The parlaphone cover has the £ label and mono stamp and is in V good condition with only a little scuffing at the lower right egde. It has no creases or wrinkles - The rear has small pen marks by each track ( unfortunately.
The vinyl is in superb condition with the central label in nearly mint condition ( PM 1206 - yellow parlaphone ZT by label - xex 147-1n and xex 448-1n). The original inner sleeve is also in v good condition
