Beatles please please me Parlophone 1st pressing Dick James credits S.A. Black and silver Beatles Please Please Me 1st pressing with Dick James credits 1963! original cover with the Angus Mcbean photo credit shifted to the right and Dick James credits for 'i saw her standing there' 'misery' ask me why' please please me' 'do you want to know a secret' and 'there's a place'. Commensurate with the black and gold U.K. issue before they corrected the song credits to 'Northern songs'. Plays fine without any skips or sticks. There are lots of scratches and scuffs pops and clicks but this is still a great listen. I have never seen one of these before and have no idea how rare it is but only 25,000 of the 'Dick James' UK version of this pressing were ever made. Original sleeve is in VG condition though there is a little split in the bottom right corner (see pic 12). There is no graffiti on the cover or the labels. The spine is very good too - (see pic 9). Has original inner sleeve which is in great condition with no splits. 0.99p start - no buy it now price - auction will run to the end - thanks for looking and good luck.
