Beatles Singles Box set prototype
Not often you can say that a Beatles item is truly rare but this is – I’ve never seen this before anywhere. Although the Beatles singles set is relatively common in the black/gold box these singles are housed in a yellow and blue presentation box that is folded to appear like a carrying case with handles. This looks like a prototype for the box set so it is a very rare item. The box has "NOT FOR SALE" on the top; the sides contain a list of the 23 UK singles (from Love me do to Let it be PLUS the later released Yesterday. All singles are contained within the box. The box is made from heavy duty cardboard and is yellow in colour with the print/pictures in blue. The box is in excellent condition
The singles themselves are the re-issue singles on the black/silver parlophone label and housed in the green sleeve with picture on the back. All singles and sleeves are in mint/unplayed condition.
This is a very rare set that I have never seen ever.
P&P in UK will be more than the £4 ebay expects - it is a heavy item and more like £6-7. I will post worldwide but please contact me before as it will be more.
