One of the rarest if not the rarest Beatles picture sleeve.
I am not a professional grader, but here are my novice observations; 1/4 inch tear at top opening on one side. What looks like a staple hole next to the 5150. No seam splits. Ring wear from the label, Maybe a little bottom corner wear, or is that just the cut of the sleeve? Conclusion is that the side without the tear looks very nice overall, the side with the tear is still nice, but does have the tear and some wear on the beatles lettering. Vinyl itself is vg+ or excellent, however, the label has weird cuts through it, almost as if made by a razor. Fortunately, the pic sleeve is all that really matters.
