Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
The Beatles-"Love Me Do"/"P.S. I Love You" 45, Capitol Starline 6062, released in 1965. This was one of six re-issues with green swirl labels. This is an L.A. "West Coast" pressing (West Coast pressings had thick label print; East Coast pressings had thin print). Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in VG- condition with numerous light marks on both sides. Both sides still retain gloss. B-side label has a name. This will come in a plain white sleeve. Classic Beatles, in a rare format. This series wasn't pressed in large numbers.
