Description
The Beatles-"Dans Leurs 14 Plus Grands Succes" ("14 Greatest Hits") LP. Original 1965 French import on Odeon, # OSX 231. The word "rare" is used a lot when describing Beatles LP's, but it really applies in this case. This LP is considered one of the rarest Beatles LP's in existence. Vinyl, graded by Goldmine standards, is in VG condition visually, with a couple of light marks, and numerous very fine hairline scratches. Still retains it's original gloss. It has been play tested and it plays great. There is one quick jump at the beginning of "Rock & Roll Music", but that's it. There are no other skips, jumps, etc. This LP sounds fantastic. Original dark blue LP labels are in NM- condition, with just a couple of very light spindle marks. Cover is in VG condition: both bottom corners have a crease; LP opening has a couple of very tiny tears; there is some extremely light age discoloration on the back, and the word "succes" has worn off the spine. No other, splits, tears, etc. and both "flipbcks" are fully intact. Songs: "From Me To You","Please Please Me","She Loves You","Twist & Shout","I Saw Her Standing There","I Want To Hold Your Hand","All My Loving","Roll Over Beethoven","Can't Buy Me Love","A Hard Day's Night","I Feel Fine","She's A Woman","Eight Days A Week","Rock & Roll Music". Incredible Beatles collectible, truly a legendary LP, and very hard to find, in any condition. This is a very nice copy, especially considering it's age and scarcity, and will fill that hole in your rare Beatles collection nicely. Any questions just e-mail me.
