On offer here, is an outstanding example of this rare original UK release
Only available 1970/71 before EMI decided to change the label rim text from 'Gramophone Co' to 'EMI Records'
The vinyl is absolutely identical in every way to the original 1965 1st pressing - the only thing that is different are the labels
*
The Vinyl
Visually: Excellent (Ex) - lovely deep gloss surfaces - just a few harmless, light lines
Audio quality: Mint- (M-) - plays like a new disc
*
The Labels
Near perfect - just one very faint spindle trail, side 1 (see photo) - none on side 2
*
The Cover
Unusually, this is tri flipback - the front panel is exceptionally glossy - there are some edge wrinkles and stress lines but overall it is a fine example feeling firm and strong - back is clean with expected age toning - pinched ends spine is near perfect
*
Inner Sleeve
Correct sepia advertising issue in top condition - nothing more than age toning
* -------------------------------------------------------------------
Sound quality is as close to mint as you could reasonably expect
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I have other rare Beatles discs listed now - so please take a look
