·       This is a RARE PROMO COPY that has the A-side song in MONO and the B-side song in STEREO.

·       On the labels are printed “NOT FOR SALE FOR RADIO PLAY ONLY”.

·       As you probably know, PROMO RECORDS were issued in VERY LIMITED QUANTITIES and released by record companies ONLY to the radio stations and DJs for airplay. They were NOT made available to the general public.

·       This PROMO RECORD was issued to promote David Peel & the Lower East Side’s Apple LP “THE POPE SMOKES DOPE”.

·       It is doubtful that this record received any promotional airplay.

·       The VINYL (both sides) is NEAR MINT.

·       The record comes in an ORIGINAL APPLE RECORDS STOCK SLEEVE that is also Near Mint.
