Sealed albums are non-returnable if they have been opened. (That’s fair, isn’t it?)
Please don’t bid if this is a problem for you.
So with that said…
Beatles-Related SEALED 1971 John Lennon Imagine LP, Apple Beautiful Seal!
For obvious reasons, there’s no way to tell for sure which Apple label variation this is. However; there are certain forensics we can use, which will narrow the pool down.
**The single-biggest tip-off that this is a first pressing is that the front and back covers are encased in that layer of clear film that in many cases, separated and peeled off, for those of us old enough to remember. That film was discontinued from the second pressing onward.
**It’s clearly visible, and 100% still firmly applied under the shrink.
**This copy has a slight fatness to it, meaning that this copy was issued with the poster and postcard inside.
**There’s no doubt that this is a first pressing from 1971.

What a very cool Christmas gift for anyone, collector or not. Someone’s jaw is about to drop when they pull this one out from under the tree this year!
CAUTION! There has been a startling increase in bidders canceling their bids. A word to the wise, I have started blocking any and all bidders who retract their bids regardless of the reason.
Please don’t bid unless you’re willing to honor your amount, okay? Thanks!
(Please note: Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized. The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle. Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix? Thanks!)
