This disc delivers near perfect audio throughout, with very mild surface noise only evident during the track run ins. Apart from a few gentle ticks on the fade out to 'Michelle' and the occasional pop here and there, there is very little to fault on this wonderful example. The vinyl itself, still has deep gloss surfaces with no signs of groove wear and just some light lines/marks, which are non sounding. The whole disc plays through with no skips or stalls, a great copy.

The labels are clean and unmarked, with vibrant yellow 'parlophones' and unfaded text

There are light spindle trails on each side

The Garrod and Lofthouse sleeve is totally intact with strong, undamaged flipbacks. However, the front panel does display laminate wrinkles and thumb bends but no tears. The unprotected back panel does show age toning and a few stains but no damage. There is an original, genuine shop sticker, as shown.

The original, correct, Emitex tracing paper lined, inner sleeve is in very good condition, with mild age toning and a small bottom seam split where the disc has penetrated. It also has 'Made in England' text which is rarer than the usual 'Made in Great Britain'

All in all, a lovely example of this great album, in stereo format
