Description
Described in Bruce Spizer's Fantastic book on Vee Jay as being rarer than the Ad Back Covers, probably a transition from the ad back to title covers. This is Version Two of the Cover, it does not have "printed in the USA' on the front cover. This Version One of Introducing the Beatles with "Love Me Do" and "P.S. I Love You". Cover is Very Good, Record is Good.
COVER - The fron cover show some wear as seen in the scans. There are some cracks in the upper left corner of the top seam. The spine is intact and printing is clear except for the bottom left edge, where the "1062" of the LP number is worn off. The 1/4" flaps inside the cover are on the top and bottom. George's shadow is seen. The back cover is Blank (White) with a semi-gloss. See the scans, it is nice! VJMC (1) MC2B
RECORD - Oval logo label with "Love Me Do" and "P.S. I love You". Trail off contains the "Audio Matrix" and "MR" stampings. The record label is the correct LP label size. VJLP (1) MR1B
