Description
Beatles - Yellow Submarine. This is a rare 1969 1st UK Pressing Mono LP on the Apple label (PMC 7070). Matrix numbers: YEX 715-1 and YEX 716-1 and "SOLD IN UK" label text. The Garrod & Lofthouse flipback cover is in very nice order with fully readable spine and hardly any edge or corner wear and very little discolouration on the back, it easily grades very good+ but unfortunately has some pen on the rear (see pic). The record is pretty tidy too. Side one is great with pretty much no visible marks in normal light and only some faint ones in strong light, none which are audible and plays close to perfectly. Side 2 has two long scuffs that most of the time don't affect play but are faintly audible at times but certainly don't interfere much with the listening. Side 1: Excellent- Side 2: Very good. Overall a very nice copy of this Beatles rarity.
