Description
Beatles,Yellow Submarine,LP, Catalogue Number: (PMC 7070), Cover Details: Front laminated flipback sleeve with a Plain inner sleeve.
Cover Condition: very good condition with some creasing or marks as seen in the pictures or noted.
Record Condition: Has been played a fair number of times and has visible surface marks but no feelable scratches so should not have any jumps/skips or anything serious beyond some background sound in quieter parts.
Any Other Details: Rare original mono pressing, on the Apple record label. Matrix numbers XEX 715-1 7 XEX 716-1. Has the 'Sold In U.K.' and MFD IN U.K.' text on both labels. This is the first pressed sleeve with a red line above and below the liner notes. This is the rarer version which does not have the printers name on the bottom flipback. There is a pin prick hole through the sleeve just next to John Lennons arm. The back opening edge has some wear. There is some age related discoloration to the back cover. There are no seam splits or creases, its just been handled too much for an excellent grade. Side one has a small feelable mark on the last track which when listened to and on our record player did not affect the play. There is also a feelable mark on track two side two, this caused several light crackles on the second half of the track. There are no jumps or sticks. Complete with its original black inner sleeve which has a few light creases but no stains or splits
