In this auction:


  • “McCARTNEY II” LP by Paul McCartney

  • This LP is Columbia FC 36511.

  • This is the FIRST PRESSING that was issued May 21, 1980.

  • A second pressing was issued in 1984.

  • The first pressing has the FC -prefix to the catalog number and the second pressing has the PC-prefix to the catalog number.

  • This LP was originally issued with a ONE-SIDED PROMOTIONAL 45 containing a live version of “Coming Up”.

  • It was also released with a custom lyric inner sleeve.

  • On the front shrink wrap is a 3-inch X 2-inch BROWN STICKER with WHITE PRINT that mentions that the “BONUS SINGLE of “Coming Up” LIVE VERSION” is included.

  • This LP is in MINT STILL SEALED CONDITION. There is a just a very tiny bit of wear on the lower right corner where the shrink wrap is worn.

  • Paul’s “McCartney” LP (Apple STAO 3363) was released on April 20, 1970, and the LP in this auction, “McCartney II”, was issued just about 10 years later on May 21, 1980. On both LPs, all vocals and instruments were performed by Paul himself.
