I bought a couple of these new when they were in print. None of these were ever sealed...they just came in the open-ended poly bag with the sticker on the bag. I am primarily a collector and sell mostly sealed items as I have limited testing availability when trying to play vinyl. If I have new LPs that are not sealed I will take them out and look for any obvious flaws that can be seen visually. I noticed a manufacture scuff on disc 2 of this set on the first track and did a play test (at a friend's house) to make sure there would not be an issue. Aside from a few light ticks at the lead in we could not hear any audio issues with the scuff. By the lead in, I mean the dead quiet before the music starts...we could not hear any tics once the music started. That is the only portion of this set that has been played. It is new with only one track having been tested. The jacket and book look awesome. They really did a nice job on this one.
