I purchased this album in the secondary market advertised as excellent and following my own appraisal I agree with this. Following a light cleaning I played the album through the Grado’s and the sound was well within the excellent category and really more close to near mint, less what the original owner related to be a minimal factory defect. When looking at the album there are a couple of tiny pieces of the vinyl that have black pieces within the pink, I can't really explain it better than that, these things are tiny (like the size of a pin head), however the result of this is a couple of clicks/noise throughout the album (I heard 3 on side 1, 2 on side 1 and 1 on each side of 3 and 4). Despite this it didn't really impact the overall listening and beyond that the sound was essentially perfect. The cover does show some light wear in the corners which I attempted to capture. The bottom seam shows some light however there are no splits. The cover also shows some light rub wear however I feel it is well within the excellent category. Numerically I am scoring the album and cover an 87, both very solid B+'s. The album will be shipped USPS Priority within cardboard but with the vinyl outside of the jacket inside of a Whiplash record mailer.
