Sorry NO express post. This item is sent tracked within Australia, and generally tracked to the rest of the world. For overseas orders your delivery may take longer than stated by eBay, you as the buyer are responsible for any customs/duty charges that may apply outside AU, and we recommend you follow the tracking provided as you may not be provided with a card to advise your order has arrived.

Items may be returned to us if received damaged or faulty. We do not accept change of mind returns (see below).

If you need to return anything please get in touch with us directly so we can arrange the return - please don't use the eBay returns system as this limits how we can help you.

We do not accept change or mind ("buyer's remorse") returns.  Any items returned from outside Australia due to non-collection or non-payment of customs fees will be subject to a $30 AUD restocking fee and postage of goods sent out will NOT be refunded.  Overseas buyers please note; your order may be subject to customs charges and sales tax (VAT/GST) when entering your country, we have no control over these charges and will not refund any charges incurred.
