Description
The 8 LP box set contains 9 Beethoven symphonies performed by the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Herbert von Karajan. It was released in 1962 by Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft in Germany (SKL 101/8, stereo). It includes a twenty page booklet.
Seven of the albums grade NM with no visible marks to the vinyl, though one has a spindle mark on the label to indicate it was played. Record 6 is scuffed on one side, almost entirely in the dead wax but it does reach the music so let's call this one VG+. The booklet is in excellent shape with a few small creases from handling. The box is EX with a bit of rubbing to the front and back, a small tear to the cloth along the left edge.
