Description
Beethoven, The Late String Quartets, performed by the Budapest String Quartet.

Label and Catalog Number: Columbia Masterworks, M5S 677 ("2-eyed"),
Format: Box set, 5 LPs, repress, stereo.
Released: 1965 (This is the first repress of the original 1962 release - the word "stereo" on the record label is in white, while the original 1962 had it in black; the "nonbreakable" on the record label distinguishes this repress from the subsequent 1967 one.)
Condition: Vinyl is flawless, no scuffs or hairlines. No visible spindle hole marks. Some faint surface noise during quieter passages and occasional ticks but nothing interfering with listening experience.
The box is intact, has a split corner; shows obvious signs of shelf wear. All five records in their original inner sleeves. Includes a clean 40-page booklet with maroon textured cover.
