This is Beethoven Symphony #5 with Fritz Reiner conducting the Chicago Symphony on RCA Living Stereo LSC-2343 SHADED DOG. LP comes with original inner sleeve. 

Stampers are 9S & 8S. This is an Indianapolis pressing with and "I" in the runout.
