Beethoven - The 9 Symphonies Otto Klemperer 9 x 12" Vinyl Record Boxset 1958-64.
Condition is "Used", reasonable condition.
Records and box appear good. Some of the white paper sleeves have age related yellowing, as shown in picture 5. The box set is about 60 years old! The owner had many records and I know took care of them. I would like to keep them but don't have the space. I've played some of the discs, which were sounded nice but - at nine hours play - I have not gone through all of them. All surfaces appear ok. There is a 22 page booklet with background information which is in good condition.
I have not sold records on ebay before, so I will follow advice which appears to be not to accept returns. I have bought specialist cardboard packing, packaging and post costs are included in the auction price to keep it simple. I will as recommended on ebay take the discs out of the sleeves to send, with the sleeves packed separately as a sandwich. Apparently this prevents the sharp edge of the record cutting the sleeve in transit.
I will post within two days of auction end by Royal Mail second class, with proof of posting; usually this means 2-3 days delivery but there may be delays in the lock down. Happy to do otherwise if buyer suggests. Paypal preferred, or suggest something else if that is inconvenient.
