Description

A sadly incomplete recording of the five Beethoven Cello Sonatas, due to the absence of the first LP (which contained Sonatas Nos.1&2) of  what was originally a three record set.  The late, great Jacqueline du Pre and her husband, Daniel Barenboim, perform Beethoven, as recorded by the BBC at the Edinburgh Festival in 1970 and issued on LP by HMV in 1976.  The insert is lightly creased at the corners and there are extremely insignificant traces of foxing on the back page.

Inner Sleeves:   Original. Very Good.

Outer Box:       There is evidence of very light rubbing and wear on the sides and back, otherwise Very Good.

Vinyl:               A small number of the usual light ticks and nsm's, otherwise Very Good.
