Visually under very bright light the vinyl has loads of light play traces, paper scuffs and some light hairline marks. The record is dirty and needs a clean prior to playing VG
Labels are clean, some light spindle marks VG+
The sleeve has lots of minor general wear, a damaged spine and edge wear VG
