Description

Performed by the Stross quartet

W.Stross - 1.violin

R.Heber - 2.violin

V.Härtl - viola

P.Grümmer - cello

4 records (shellac)

Label: Polydor

Cataloguenumber: 15315-15318

Condition: the condition of all 4 records is generally very good. Very few scratches and stains. But two things: there is a fine bended crack of about 10 cm going through the first two records. The crack is not fully running through to the backside but is visible there depending how you hold the record to the light. Means: this is a damage but does not keep the record from being played. The crack is not splitting the record. If you hear the crack I cannot judge as I don't have a 78 turntable.

The other thing: the backside of 5 is empty, i.e. there is no side 6.(side 5 is 3.movement, part 1 and side 7 is 4.movement part 1)
