Description

This box set of 8 LP's was issued by Deutsche Grammophon in 1970 with the no. 2720 018 as part of its celebration of the 200th anniversary of Beethoven's birth. The violin Sonatas are played by Wilhelm Kempff and Yehudi Menuhin and the Cello Sonatas are played by Wilhelm Kempff and Pierre Fournier. All 8 records and the booklet are in near mint condition and the outer box is also in very good condition with the fly sheet showing little shelf wear.
