Description

Beggars Opera 'Act One', Classic from 1970 on the Vertigo Label.


I have recently moved to a smaller house and need to make some more room, so I am selling some of my classic albums. Here we have a  33 from 1970 by the Classical/Prog. Scottish band, Beggars Opera.

The cover has a few wear marks, but overall is not too bad considering it dates from 1970....the album sleeve is also a bit discoloured, check the photos. The letters AK have been lightly written on the 'A' side label.

Soundwise, it is no 'mint' condition, with a bit of background noise and a couple of wee jumps; however, I found that when I turned up the volume to 11 on my new Teac/Cambridge Audio system, the noises faded into the background!

      Anyway, it may be of use to a collector who specialises in this label.
