Description

Ben A. Roy one sided Metal acetate 12" 78

Low Man On The Totem Pole Recorded 2/24/1955. In the company files, Leon Tessin was crossed out and Ben A. Roy was written in. This acetate was found in 4 Star warehouse and was intended to be leased to Roylee label, but not sure if it was ever released. I find no mention of it's release.

In the dead wax and old sleeve it has written 4* OP-346-H

The playing grooves of this acetate start 1/3 into the record and is in Mint- condition. There’s a edge flake long before playing grooves of acetate. It must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse untouched and unplayed for over 65 years.
