Ben E. King - Songs For Soulful Lovers
(London/ Atlantic HA-K 8026 UK LP 1962)
This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve, & comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve - this is in VG+ condition.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press -1B/ -1B matrix stampers. It has plum "London/ Atlantic" labels which are grooved also.
A classic early 1960's Atlantic Soul LP. A genuine UK 1st pressing.
Sleeve: There is some mild fading/ staining on the rear. There is a very small number sticker on the front, & a 1 cm tear at the front sleeve opening only. Mild ringwear too. VG condition.
Vinyl: Light sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, and a couple of tiny (1 cm) hairline marks. NEAR EX condition. The labels are clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays Near Excellent to Excellent overall. There is some light crackle in some quieter places.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
