Description
Both labels have 47 West 63rd NYC address; 47 west 63rd St. address on the bottom of the back cover. Deep groove on both sides of the record. Both sides of the record have the "ear" and "RVG" inscribed in the dead wax. There is no symbol on the blue section of the label indicating registration. 6 tracks, mono. Leader, Bennie Green, trombone; Gene Ammons (identified as "Jug" in the notes), Billy Root, tenor saxes; Sonny Clark, piano; Ike Isaacs, bass; Elvin Jones, drums.
Cover: VG+ Intact and clean. Slight wear on the insert edge. Very light aging on the back cover. There is a small dark, discoloration spot on the back cover from a former price sticker. Gloss finished front cover. Minor wear from ordinary handling and storage. Excellent condition.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. 1 or 2 faint, short, surface rub marks, barely visible. These do not affect the sound. Side 1, Track 3, 1 light click near the beginning of the Track and 1 light click towards the end of the Track. Side 2, Track 1, 1 faint click followed by several very light clicks towards the end of the Track. Fine, collectable condition. Audibly checked.
