Description
Benny Carter and his strings with the Oscar Peterson Quartet LP
ALONE TOGETHER
Visually graded vinyl disc is in strong vg+ condition except for one tiny finger-felt mark at the beginning of "Long Ago and Far Away" which is not audible. We spot-checked the sound quality and the highs are crisp. There is very minor unobtrusive surface noise that for the most part cannot be heard or noticed except in a very quiet passage or during intros.
Jacket is in vg+ condition, half-inch right split on upper seam, very minor shelf-wear on the front, light ring-wear / light shelf-wear on the back, light cornerwear.
Norgran MG N-1058 HI-FI (Mono), yellow label w/black trumpeter logo, deep groove on the label.
w/glossy laminated color photo front cover

A beautiful romantic album similar to the great saxophone recordings by Charlie Parker, Ben Webster and Coleman Hawkins, that marry mellow jazz saxophone with lush strings....
perfect when the two of you are
