Blue label with deep groove both sides.  "729 Seventh Avenue, New York 19, New York" address on back cover. 

 The record looks and plays VG++.  Side 1 looks clean.  No scuffs or scratches.  Side 2 has a non feelable scuff on Track 1 which does not affect play. There's also a light scratch in the runout which goes into the last few grooves of the last track but does not affect play.   Grooves do not show graying or damage.   

 The cover is VG-.  

    The front cover has moderate to heavy wear, with staining and water damage along the spine with small pieces of the slick missing. The back cover has moderate wear with a lot of staining and a piece of the slick missing at top near the pocket . Top seam split app 3 inches at the spine and it's also taped and probably split 2 inches at the pocket.  Bottom seam taped and probably split 3 inches at the pocket. Spine is split and untaped app 8 inches beginning at the top. Spots of denting and wear at the corners.  

 IN SEPTEMBER, I WILL BACK AND BE RUNNING MONTHLY AUCTIONS OF 50s and 60s JAZZ LPS INC BLUE NOTE, PRESTIGE, NEW JAZZ  RIVERSIDE etc. MANY WEEKS AND MANY NICE ITEMS TO COME.

 My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas.  I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied.  No hassles.
