Yellow label deep groove. "LKL 12-161-D3/162-D6 in the runouts. "8481 Melrose Place, Los Angeles 46" address on back cover.
Record looks and plays VG++/M-. Small circular scratch on last track side 1 ticks below the level of the music app. 10 times. Side 2 is clean. No scuffs and no scratches. Grooves both sides glossy and do not look heavily worn.
Cover is strong VG++.
The front cover is shiny light wear. Back cover has very light wear. No split seams. Spine is readable but has some splitting of the slick. Tiny spots of heavy wear and denting at the corners.
