Benny Ingram, Original Bandera #1302 45 RPM; “Jello Sal”; Rare Rockabilly
Ultra rare and highly sought after by rockabilly nuts. Original release from 1958, Bandera #1302. “A” side is “How Can I Keep You Loving Me”; “B” side is the great rocker “Jello Sal”. From a collection of several boxes of fairly obscure rock-n-roll, soul, blues, gospel, and pop 45’s from the 50’s through 70’s, so keep an eye out for other listings. This 45 is in about good-very good condition. It shows scuffs, light surface scratches, and wear and fading on the paper label. Both sides have average surface noise for a 57 year old single, but have no skips or excessive hiss. I can hear a couple “pops” at the tail end of “How Can I Keep You Loving Me” but the gem “Jello Sal” plays nice. Grab a copy of this rarity before it gets away!
