Description
For sale, this is a used copy of the Berlin - Love Life LP released by Geffen Records in 1984. This is GHS-4025. It has been signed by band members Terri Nunn, John Crawford, and Rob Brill! The signatures are on the front of the jacket in green and orange marker.
The record is in VG- condition with some surface scuffs, scratches, and groove wear but plays ok. The record jacket is in VG condition with some shelfwear, edgewear, and ringwear. This copy has the original inner sleeve with the lyrics, which is only in VG- condition with seam splits on all three seams of the inner sleeve.
Also included in this auction is a flyer of the meet and greet event at Sound Warehouse in Austin, Texas on November 2nd, 1986 where the original owner of this album met the band in person! The flyer is in VG+ condition.
Also, there is a signed poster/flyer from their show at the Austin Opera House on the same date! It is once again signed by the same band members in black and orange marker. The poster is in VG- condition with some wear, some foxing, and old tape at the top edge of the poster as this was probably hanging on display in the store.

We visually grade all of our records for sale and grade both the record and the jacket. We go by general standards for grading, which are:
Mint (M) - an unplayed, new copy of a record. no visual defects!
Near Mint (NM) - a nearly perfect record that has usually only been played 1-3 times, in "like new" condition.
Very Good + (VG+) - record still in excellent condition but has minor signs of wear such as surface scuffs/light scratches that don't affect the play. jacket has minor signs of wear such as light ringwear, edgewear, shelfwear, and/or light creasing.
Very Good (VG) - record has more wear than VG+ and may have some slight surface noise, light pops, some scuffs or scratches. generally still a great playing copy. jacket may have more wear, writing, sticker residue, punch out/cut out holes or corners.
Very Good - (VG-) - record has noticeable groove wear, surface noise, scratches, and/or scuffs but still a decent playing copy. jacket has heavier wear and may have a small split seam.
Good + and Good (G+ and G) - record still plays without skipping but has considerable amounts of groove wear, surface noise, scuffs, and/or scratches. jacket has alot of wear and some defects such as split seams, heavy creasing, writing, marks, sticker residue, etc...
