Book and CD set in a hardback slip case. 88 tracks featuring songs recorded at the heart of the folk revival - often without permission of the record companies.
Includes Dylan (as Blind Boy Grunt in the original recordings), Pete Seeger, Phil Ochs and anyone who was anyone in Greenwich Village in the early 60s. The radical tradition from Broadside was continued throughout, addressing civil rights, Vietnam, women's rights etc.
