This listing is for two Bette Midler LPs, her first LP The Divine Miss M from 1974 and her self-titled 2nd LP from 1975 which has the rare poster from the 2nd pressing included. My cousin had the first pressing in which the poster was larger than this one. Pressings beyond this one had no poster at all. I bought both of these albums at the same time when they were brand new. They were handled carefully and well cared for through the years. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
The Divine Miss M was played 4 or 5 times when brand new and then once again when tested for sale on eBay. Side 1 has virtually no surface noise. Side 2 has some very minimal surface noise in Cut 2 (Hello In There) but otherwise plays clean like Side 1.
Bette Midler (self -titled) was played a lot more than the other LP yet remains in very good to excellent condition. Side 1 was originally played much more often than Side 2, probably 30 times or more for Side 1 compared to about 10 times for Side 2. There is minimal to moderate surface noise on both sides in places. The real prize here is the poster which measures 21 inches across and 29-1/4 inches from top to bottom. It is slightly darkened by age and has pinholes in the corners from being displayed in the mid 1980s. It was reinserted into the album in 1987 and has been there until removed for photographing for eBay.
