Böhse Onkelz Here are the Onkelz
description Details2LP vinyl in gatefold cover!
On the 25th. In September 1995 the Onkelz's eleventh studio album was released and, after Bellaphon's departure, the first album under the flag of the major Virgin label. The album entered the longplay charts from number five and was later awarded gold in Germany and Austria.
Recorded in Helmuth Rüßmann's studio in the middle of the country, “Here are the Onkelz” again offers significantly more rock and roll than the very cerebral and experimental “Black” and “White”. The sound is earthy and raw, Kevin's voice is brutal and the compositions and lyrics range from soulful (“Nothing is there forever” “Much too young”), pathetic (“Here are the Onkelz”, “Let's do it”) , aggressive and biting (“Thanks for nothing”, “If you don't dare, you can't lose anything”) to processing (“You are the problem”, “H”).
about us
Our founding year 1998 - long after vinyl was declared dead and long before vinyl was hailed as a cool thing again - proves that we are real vinyl nerds. We only started out as a small record dealer from home. Later we opened our first real record store and of course our own online shop. Everything with passion and always with the motto: SAVE THE VINYL. What is not available online can be found in our store in Übersee, Frühlingsweg 22. Overseas? Yes. Übersee Am Chiemsee. Directly on the A8 motorway, between Munich and Salzburg. Here you will also find a fine range of second-hand vinyl. We also have a large selection of equipment from many manufacturers. Simply everything you need for vinyl ...
