Description

Big Bill Broonzy-The Blues LP, 1958 EmArcy EXC/N.MINT!.


This album consists of two different sessions, and some tracks were originally released in 78rpm format by Mercury. Big Bill was accompanied with his guitar and Ransom Knowling's bass on eight tracks, while on the rest tracks he was accompanied with a bluesy quintet. Both sessions surely presents Big Bill's great artistry of the folk blues.


The vinyl of this awesome blues compilation is in a clean, great sounding EXCELLENT condition (there are some crackles at the beginning of both sides that fade pretty quickly into the background.)

The cardboard cover is  in NEAR MINT, with some tiny corner issues and mild discoloration.
