Up for auction here is an poster for a Big Black gig with the Effigies and Silent Languate at Exit in 1983. This poster is--hands down--my favorite Big Black gig flyer. It's got the Effigies and Big Black (my two favorite Chicago bands), plus Silent Language, who formed from the Ashes of Da (another Chicago fave--and a big influence on Albini's guitar sound). It's also the earliest Big Black gig that I know of. Poster measures 18" on the short side. Poster has been hung, and has pinholes--it also shows some yellowing and creasing, but I've never seen another, so bid hard!
