Description
A Rare 78rpm Single. Big Bopper - Chantilly Lace / Purple People Eater Meets Witchdoctor. 1958 - Mercury Records (Number 1002).
Here we have a rare record. This classic Rock n' Roll record is hard to get hold of, especially here in the UK. This is an absolute classic from the legendary Big Bopper.
I'm not sure how to grade records properly, but the record seems to play smoothly on both sides with no jumps. It looks to be in good condition and there are no chips or cracks. Obviously, due to the age there are surface scratches. Please remember that it is 61 years old, see the photos as a guide. The record comes complete with a nice old Mercury Records sleeve which I presume is the original.
Record will be sent well packaged via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service. Due to the value of the item, and the fragility of 78 records, local collection is fine if you prefer, from postcode LU33PB.
