Bidding is for the rare 1959 release by The Big Bopper /Chantilly Lace on Mercury  # MG 20402 in mono. Original  1959 Mercury black label pressing!! Jacket is VG+  and looks clear shiny and bright with the following flaws. Rubbed corners on the spine edge. A little spine wear, but still perfectly readable. Light chipping of the laminate on the jacket opening front edge ( see picture). Also a 3 inch seam split on the top edge, by the jacket opening. Back of jacket looks real nice with some age discoloration and light peeling on the edges of some of the back photo. Vinyl is a strong VG+ with only some light surface marks and scuffs from the innersleeve. Still glossy and bright. Labels are nice with just a few spindle marks. I carefully and thoroughly cleaned this record on my nitty gritty. Plays all the way through without a problem at all. Very little surface noise for a record of this age!!! But don't take my word for it, listen to the audio clip above of the actual record before you bid!  Any questions, just send an email.

  Shipping will always be in a heavy cardboard mailer meant for the job. Vinyl will be removed from the jacket. All albums will be in a poly outer sleeve for extra protection. All Vinyl's will arrive freshly and carefully cleaned on my nitty gritty. All US shipping prices include delivery confirmation with tracking info mailed to you at no extra cost!

  Overseas buyers are always welcome.  I  put a customs form on each overseas package with a trackable number that I will email to you when it is mailed. I can not tell you how long it will take for a package to make it to your door. You will always receive an email from me when I mail out your record. Sometimes packages take one week , other times 25 - 30 days if they get hung up in foreign customs.
