Description

Big Brother and the Holding Company Cheap Thrills RARE Vinyl LP (Janis Joplin). This is the ORIGINAL, on Columbia Records, with the KC prefix! This is the second and final album the San Francisco band released with Janis Joplin as lead singer, and includes the classic hits "Piece of My Heart," "Ball and Chain" and "Summertime." This is a very early repressing, circa 1970, as indicated by the circular Columbia Records logo (as opposed to the original two-eye logo, which was used on the 1968 first pressing). Record is NM and cover is almost NM except for a few bumped corners (see photos). I had this in my personal collection until I got the very expensive two-eye first pressing!
