Up for sale is a factory-sealed copy of Let 'Em Roll by "Big" John Patton, released in the Blue Note Tone Poet Series. This 180-gram audiophile vinyl LP is presented in a deluxe gatefold tip-on jacket from Blue Note Records, remastered all-analog from the original tapes by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio, produced by Joe Harley, and pressed at RTI.
Recorded in December 1965 and released in 1966, this classic soul-jazz session features John Patton on organ, Grant Green on guitar, Otis Finch on drums, and Bobby Hutcherson on vibraphone. Tracks such as "Let 'Em Roll," "The Shadow Of Your Smile," and "One Step Ahead" highlight Patton’s groove-driven style and the interplay of the ensemble.
