Original USA LP issued in 1964 by Blue Note Records (BLP 4174). Mono.

First Pressing with VAN GELDER and EAR (plastylite "P") Stamps in the dead wax !!!

"New York USA" address on labels.

Back cover bears the 43 W 61st address. 

Complete with Original Blue Note Records Inner Sleeve !!!

Sleeve is in VG+ Condition (has a tax stamp on the back and a number written in the top right corner, see pics).

Vinyl is in VG+ Condition .
