Big Mama Thornton was one of the greatest Blues shouters of all time. Her music has influenced the likes of Janis Joplin and Elvis, who would later cover songs originally recorded by Big Mama. She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1984. In 1966 she joined up with the Muddy Waters Blues band to cut a classic album of down home shoutin' blues for Arhoolie Records. Tracks include "Bumble Bee", "I'm Feeling Alright" and "Life Goes On". Muddy Waters - guitar, Otis Spann - piano, James Cotton - harmonica, Sammy Lawhorn - guitar, Luther Johnson - bass, Francis Clay - drums. Limited edition of 550 on purple vinyl.

Our average time to ship is within 1 business day after receipt of your payment.  Most US shipments are delivered within 10 days but Media Mail varies; please allow up to 15 business days before calling it late.

Sealed LP Inspection Service

Since all of our items are factory sealed we cannot be fully responsible for the condition of the invisible part, unless you ask us to inspect it.  Even though incorrect, defective or damaged product is very rare, we highly recommend that you allow us to inspect your item before we ship it.  Just let us know by writing INSPECT in the note to seller box when paying via PayPal.

If there is something wrong with your record that could only have been seen by such inspection, and you did not request it, we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the faulty product back here, or for the shipping of a replacement item to you. We will replace the faulty item, however, as long as you pay for these freight costs.

Also, many LP buyers prefer to have the disc shipped outside the jacket to minimize damage to the jacket.  If you have requested that we inspect the disc, then we will pack it outside the jacket.

We enclose an actual invoice with your shipment and do not falsify customs valuations.

If you are at an address where there are customs duties, and you have ordered an amount that puts you just over the limit for avoidance of such duties, we are willing to do you the service of discounting the merchandise a little upon request, if you will allow us to make up for it with an equivalent increase in shipping and handling fees. We would want your agreement to give us good rankings for fair shipping/handling fees in such instances.
