This is my "file" copy of one of the hardest-to-find variations of the original pressing of the amazing Radio City (one of my all-time favorite LPs). I purchased this (along with about 100 other LPs) from a collector in the mid-'90s. The vinyl is in VG+ condition. There are some cracks and pops here and there -- but no skips -- and no there's not a lot of surface noise. It's a very enjoyable listen.
I usually only buy LPs in NM condition, but I had to have this permutation of the album. I'd seen other DJ copies / promo copies of Radio City, but (at the time) never one with the words "D.J. Copy Not For Sale" actually printed on the label.
I've played it about a dozen times -- always with a high-quality Ortofon cartridge / needle.
The sleeve is in VG+ condition. It is separating at the upper-right edge (see photos), but it's still in quite nice shape.
I've loved owning this for 20 years -- but it's time to let another Chilton fan have it -- I'm trying to pare down at this point in my life. ;)
