Description
You are bidding on an original PROMO copy of Radio City by Big Star. This is a very rare record, as promos are not often seen of this (note the "Promotional Copy" sticker on the front cover). It is NOT a white label promo, as you can also see from the pictures.
The sleeve has some noticeable wear, with some mild discoloration in the white area in the bottom right of the front cover, ringwear, and a cutout slit in the top right corner. The back cover similarly has ring wear, though does NOT have the discoloration of the front cover. There is a small seam split in the bottom of middle of the sleeve, and a larger across most of the top right half of the sleeve (you can see the very old tape that was used to originally keep that seam together at the top right of the front cover). Finally, the spine is pretty heavily, though not entirely split, and some of the text has fallen off of the spine.
The record itself has some mild surface wear, with some hairline scratches and minor scuffs. It plays and sounds excellent with NO surface noise.
Don't miss out on your chance to own a truly rare piece of power pop history - this record does not come around very often.
